We are a small-scale diversified livestock operation located in Illinois, approximately 35 miles south of the Chicago city limits in rural Peotone.  We are a 4-H and FFA family as well as members of the Illinois Farm Bureau. Our farm exists as a model for small-scale agricultural producers in our area.  Since 2000, we have been breeding and raising  ADGA registered dairy goats. Currently, our milk goat herd consists of Toggenburg, Lamancha, and cross-bred grade goats. Our high quality herd is bred for good structure, breed standard conformation and milking ability.  
 
In 2010 we expanded our operation. We engaged in the meat goat industry to meet the demand for market goats and chevon (goat meat) in our area. We have some ABGA registered Boer goats that are used for show stock. We also use Kiko and Savanna goats in a cross-breeding program to produce quality carcass animals to supply meat to local consumers. David completed the Meat Goat Certification program through Langston University
and is a Certified Meat Goat Quality Producer.

In 2011 we again expanded our operation to include sheep to provide quality lamb to the surrounding area. Our sheep herd consists of some purebred Southdown ewes and some cross-bred ewes, being bred to a Texel ram to produce quality market lambs.

 We have a flock of free-ranging chickens and offer farm fresh eggs for sale.
